Super food, service, drinks & view. We were a table of 5 with a dog and we tried a verity of offerings from the menu, all were excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked through the door. Will certainly be recommending and visiting again.

It was our first visit to The Old Quay House and we opted for the Sunday Carvery. Our experience as a family was exceptional, the staff were amazing and kind throughout our meal. The meal was very good quality with plenty of vegetables, roast potatoes and a large amount of meat on our plates considering my sons and I ordered small adult portions, we couldn’t finish it entirely. My husband ordered a large which was enormous. We were extremely grateful that staff went out of their way to add an additional Yorkshire pudding on my son’s plate. His face genuinely lit up when they offered him another. So Thankyou for your brilliant convenient and efficient service, you work hard and deserve to be successful with your business, we had a wonderful meal and will return Many thanks for an enjoyable evening.

The food was tasty, hot and well presented, but did not have a "wow" factor. Georgina and Zeke were our servers for the evening and they were amazing, greeting us warmly, very friendly, professional and provided excellent service throughout the evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas High Tea! From the first moment the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we were seated at a lovely table. They catered for our dietary requirements with ease, everything was delicious, we were in heaven. There was plenty to choose from and it was all fantastic quality. Your pastry chef is obviously very talented. The presentation of the hight tea was lovely and it really didn't disappoint, we couldn't find fault. The only thing I would say is that we should be able to add a tip if paying by card as your staff deserve one for their amazing service.
