Restaurants near Commonwealth Statue

Even though we had a reservation we had to wait 15 minutes. The greeters seemed a little scrambled and didn’t really communicate how long our wait would be. Our waitress was excellent and the food was very good. Cajun pasta was perfect, fries GPT were tasty and the Margherita pizza was solid although it had a little too much cottage cheese. The flavor was really great, though!

Another wonderful experience at Cafe Fresco. Tha is for accommodating our request for the bar area for my daughters birthday. Service was wonderful as always,a minor mix up with entree was fixed before arrival and just gave me more time to enjoy a drink. Some rowdy happy hour guests made for some good entertainment.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and had a delightful time. The food was delicious and we didn’t feel rushed while eating our 4 course meal. We had the Quattro Formaggio as our cheese course. We liked it but if you’re not a fan of garlic and pesto, choose something else. The Caesar and house salads were delicious. We had the meal that included the lobster and didn’t regret it. The meats were so tender. We chose the bananas foster dessert course. It was good but sweet. All the things for dipping were good in their own too. Quite the variety. Our server was attentive and helpful too, making the evening an all-around nice time. Highly recommend

Food was excellent. Our waiter very attentive. The ambiance was equivalent to the price. I would recommend 1700 as a place for great food and a pleasant environment

Dylan was our server and he was attentive and polite. Our food was very good and not outrageously priced. Oysters were fresh, nice portion of halibut, and a calamari dish that was a little spicy and distinctive. Recommend.
