The Bistro features contemporary American fare.     This place always delivers consistent good southern food with a local twist. Highly recommend trying the fried pickles. Waitstaff are attentive. If you do want to come for brunch come early, just makes for a better experience. It does tend to get crowded as the day goes on.

    The ambience was so much fun, especially sitting in one of the booths that are like a stable. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and the food was delicious.

    Very nice evening. We were seated immediately, staff was very welcoming and service was excellent. Our food was excellent, particularly the Beef Pot Roast, the corn bread, and the sides with the Beef Pot Roast. Very pleasant environment and it was quiet...we were able to talk easily.

    Outstanding service!!! In the recent years, I would say that Ruth's Chris food and service has gone down..... in Charlotte!! But this one was OUTSTANDING!! Reminds me of how RUTH CHRIS used to be years ago!!! Food and service was great!! From the 2 Hostess, our waiter Levi and the manager Trisha!!! She went above and beyond to accommodate us. We drove here from Georgia and had a great time. We will be back. GOD BLESS ASHEVILLE!!
