Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Been here a few times and always order the same items. The fried chicken appetizer and pork belly entree has been stellar each time. My husband gets the coulotte steak each time and complains to me every time that it's not barely warm. For a $40 entree, that's disappointing. Doubt he's game to go to Sophon again. Lovely restaurant and great service though

The food here exceeded our expectations, everything was really, really good. We had ahi crudo, carrots, polenta fries, and focaccia to start, and then 3 pastas and the scallops. Everything was delicious, well presented and excellent presentation. The waiter was lovely and very informative. And the prices while a bit high were worth it.
