The food was staggered well, nothing coming out too early or too late. Everything was hot and fresh and really enjoyed the shaved white truffles from Italy on the beef Wellington. I would not recommend the all you can drink package, however. The wine options were limited, and the Pinot Noir was not chilled to the appropriate temperature as is the case when ordering a bottle in the restaurant. Our server was not as attentive as we would have liked for all you can drink or for removing our plates. When Chef Ramsay arrived and came by our table, we had empty drink glasses and plates in front of us. With gratuity included in the package at 18%, we chose not to tip any further because we did not feel our server went above and beyond.More infoHell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• Caesars Palace•4.6
- MMelindaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a fantastic meal at the Las Vegas Peter Lugers. It is a beautiful restaurant. It brings back the feel of the original Peter Lugers in Brooklyn , where we have eaten many times. The dark wood and elegant lighting make you feel like you’ve stepped back into a more gracious time. The service was impeccable. Gee and Nigel were there to meet our every need. They were so personable and welcoming as well. The food was outstanding. The famous steak was cooked to perfection. It was a juicy medium rare. The seasoning was subtle but burst in your mouth. It was everything we remembered from Brooklyn, and more. The salmon was flaky and tender. We started with the tomatoes with Peter Luger sauce. You will never find such gorgeous huge tomatoes anywhere. And the sauce is so delicious and a unique blend of flavors. We also got the German fried potatoes and creamed spinach. Both were beautifully prepared. The whole meal was wonderful. We had dreamed of returning to Peter Lugers and now we definitely will again. A must visit in Vegas for sure.More infoPeter Luger at Caesars Palace, Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Paradise•4.6

He is a true gem and because of him I will be coming back to the restaurant on my next trip!! All that aside the food is delicious, the eggs Benedict were phenomenal & the ambiance from beginning to end was top notch!More infoMon Ami Gabi - Las VegasPrice: Expensive• French• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.7
- LLarryvipIndiana •32 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoJoe’s is the best restaurant in Las Vegas. The atmosphere is pleasant, classy fine dining (main dining room). More casual dining in the bar available as well. The menu is primarily steak and seafood, all of which is excellent. We greatly enjoyed the Dover sole and snapper. A side of fries was delicious too. We were tempted by the extensive list of pies and other desserts, but passed. The service staff is personable and professional, making for a most enjoyable dining experience. Though a little pricey, Joe’s is well worth a visit and we look forward to returning soon.More infoJoe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab - Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Forum Shops at Caesars•4.9
- BBrittaChicago / Illinois •6 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoIt was an amazing day experience. From the wait time (which is to be expected and them handling this logistics nightmare with different access levels and priorities so well) to the variety and freshness of the food and the great service l, it was absolutely amazing. It wasn't too busy at the crab brunch on a Monday, with reservation I waited only 20 minutes to be seated. My server was very fast, kind and attentive. Everyone working the buffet was amazing as well and tried to make your experience special and unique. The quality of the food was amazing, the prime rib medium rare and tender, the brisket juicy, melt in your mouth and flavorful. The king crab legs were plenty and replenished often. One secret meat that probably gets overlooked often at the Asian section: the duck! So delicious and juicy and just perfection! Don't sleep on it! Next to all the savory food the desserts were phenomenal as well. Crepes made to order were spectacular, the ice cream bar delicious and all the little cake slices made you feel you didn't eat that much dessert (yeah right... 😁 ). The macaroons deserve a special mention. They were far better than other macaroons that I paid a lot of money for before! Next time las Vegas I'll definitely be back here!More infoBacchanal Buffet - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• Caesars Palace•4.2
