Relax in this 1917 Roadhouse and enjoy creative, Five Star American Country Cuisine. The wood-burning grill provides wonderful flavors for the freshest seafood and prime steaks.     The hostess was abrupt and not very friendly but everything else was perfect. Our waitress was fun, offered great selections, and provided excellent service. The atmosphere is wonderful. It has a real, subtle Italian feel in an old home. The food is amazing. I had the cannelloni. It was perfect size and perfectly cooked. The bread with the tapenade is a must. My friends’ meals were excellent too. Love this place.

    Anton & Michel’s is one of the best restaurants in Carmel! The ambience, the food and the service was outstanding! We celebrated our 35th anniversary at the restaurant and they made it very special from wishing us a happy anniversary when we walked in the door to the wonderful dessert we had at the end of the meal! We recommend this restaurant to all for special occasions or when you want a great meal with great service!

    Great bartender/cocktails with creativity. Treated super well by server and GM who presented a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate a very special occasion! Meals were wonderful from the soup to sandwiches to eggs benedict to dessert! All amazing and let me say the price is SO WORTH IT! You would pay the same for ordinary restaurants and this one is EXTRAORDINARY! Enjoy.
