The Chief Commanda has been a staple in North Bay's Marina for over twenty years, serving as a bar, restaurant, and tourist attraction under various managements after being decommissioned and relocated from Callander Bay.In 2013, our family team saw an opportunity to take over the property and the aging vessel. Two local brothers, along with their experienced food and beverage team, embraced the challenge to revive the "old girl." We kept it simple, renaming it The Boat North Bay—a family-owned local business. Every thing was great service and food only 1 little glitz it was my wife birthday type it in on the reservation was no celebration which wasn’t a big deal but this was first time using this app do you have to let them know upon arrival like I used to shows birthday under occasion when I booked other than that everything was top notch

It was a perfect ending to our mini-vacation. North Bay was our last night before returning home after a 5 day holiday to Tobermory and Manitoulin Island. It was that we didn’t feel rushed after staying 2.5 hours of fine dining and laughter.
