I think the food is delicious (especially the tuna tartare appetizer and fried rice) and love the vibe. However, some members of our party felt like it was way too loud to hear each other speak. The black mermaids and mermen decorating the spacious room add to the exotic atmosphere. Service was a little irregular (on a not overly crowded evening) but friendly.
