It was wonderful and richly experienced! It was so good last night we came back today for lunch!! In addition to the awesome food we met a most beautiful waitress and knowledgeable to the Tee …Margo!! She’s a testament to the highly respected and legacy of Tavern on the Green❤️The other waiters and especially the manager last night was truly awesome!! The food is excellent and reasonable. The staff is wonderful especially Ari the waiter. One of our favorite places and we are out often. A must try.

1:30 lunch on a Thursday. Restaurant looked beautiful, busy but not sound level was very good—easy to hear my companion’s conversation. Hostess and waitress were friendly and accommodating. I had the espresso martini, my friend the Lillie’s Cup. Both cocktails were beautifully prepared and delicious. My friend had the fresh burrata salad from the bar menu, again beautifully presented, I had the Caprese sandwich, no French fries. The sandwich is not very big, fine for me, but heartier eaters should get the fries or a substitute. I think fries aren’t the best side for this sandwich actually, but most of their lunch sandwiches come with fries only. Quite an enjoyable experience and we’ll definitely be back (be sure to make reservations way in advance.)
