This evening was our first time at The Standard. We have been fairly regular patrons of this ownership's other incredible outlets, Undefined & Hambrgr. Although our first time at the newest offering in Downtown Hamilton, it certainly won't be our last! An excellent & varied menu, curated wine list, craft cocktails, and a wide selection of well known & unique beers are all delivered with second to none service! We decided on the roasted mushroom parfait & chili crunch calamari to start. For mains we had the braised beef short rib & the 16oz rib eye pepper steak. The food couldn't have been better. Thank you for a lovely evening, we look forward to visiting again very soon.

My wife and I enjoyed dinner at this restaurant in celebration of our 12th Wedding Anniversary. We ordered Prime Rib, Lamb Shank, Trout and also had the Banana pudding and Vanilla dessert. Our server was very helpful making sure to explain everything about the meal options. We had a handwritten congratulatory card on our table when we arrived - very thoughtful of the Rapscallion Team! Thank you for making our anniversary dinner special and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Sunday dinner is a lovely opportunity to enjoy good food, leisure, and an opportunity to connect. With soup, salad, bread, sides, dessert, and choice of entree there is excellent value and wonderful opportunities for every palate.

We came to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary! The food was great! Always is! Your staff were very attentive! Your manager was on point as well. He came over as soon as he knew there were allergies at our table! Confirmed everything that our waitress had with us about our order! Amazing job as well! Just to add as well. I over heard your hostess with a group of people that walked in as I was at my table, she was very very friendly and very engaging with them!

A truly wonderful dining experience! The food was incredible, the atmosphere inviting, and the service excellent. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!
