A truly fantastic experience. Staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every employee we saw was focused and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. This was a joy to watch. Food was the best I've ever had. Each bite was incredibly spicy and flavourful, but not hot. A meal I will never forget.

The restaurant has a historical ambiance. It's pleasantly quiet but not too quiet, so it still feels warm. The entire staff's professionalism is top notch. Every course we had throughout the meal; from the cocktails, to the bread, to the appetizer, to the entrees, to the dessert was outstanding. It's really difficult to describe how delicious everything is...you just have to try it yourself. Whether you have a special occasion to celebrate or just want to enjoy a special meal with the love of your life as I did, this place is perfect.

Typical Saturday evening in Tyler with everyone wanting to dine out. Wed gone to another popular restaurant who did not take reservations and the waitlist was over an hour long. I was able to jump on The Table app and make reservations at Twelve for 15 minutes later which gave us just enough time to drive there and we were seated immediately, which is super helpful when one of the cherished members of our group was a two year old.

Excellent service - such an accommodating server - funny, friendly and thoughtful. Food was outstanding - such a diverse lunch menu. Highly recommend.

I dined here last night with my boyfriend. Heath was our server and he was amazing! He was very personable and constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We had the crawfish beignets for an appetizer and they were awesome. The bread pudding was delicious and the drinks as well!
