Restaurants near Burken B&B

This is our Go-To restaurant when are out for dinner be it just a pizza and Sangria or Family celebration. Owners Tom and Cindy are the BEST. 6 stars if it was possible. Highly recommend.

Our waitress was super to us. Very friendly and helpful to my 89 year old dad in a wheelchair. Made him feel wonderful. Food was excellent par usual.

We were first time visitors and the experience did not start off great. We had reservations in the dining room, but did not know the front area was the bar and had it's own Hostess. They were busy, but we were the only people in line with the four staff members working the area pretending they didn't see us, or it wasn't there job. I finally had to wave one of them down, only to be told we were down the hall. Some signage could have saved us standing there, and a better reception would have avoided us standing there forming a negative opinion before the night even started. Once finding our way to the Dining Room, again we were the only ones in line and reception from the Dining Room hostess wasn't much better. It was a little strange. Once in and seated, our experience and impressions flipped 180degrees. The service was both pleasantly and perfectly attentive. The food was excellent. It is not cheap, but neither did we feel it under delivered. On a crappy Monday night, approaching Christmas, the place was VERY busy - surprisingly so. Although, the place is smallish which certainly adds to the noise levels. We will look forward to returning and will certainly be mindful when we do of how we are greeted by the hostess.

My second time having a meal at this restaurant again it was absolutely amazing. The server was attentive, friendly and all round did a fantastic job looking after the us. She did a great job serving the table. The food was exceptional. Everything on the menu was excellent. Well done thank you we’ll see you soon!

It was exceptional as usual. Our favourite place to dine. Highly recommend!
