- RRickSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review4.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a tight schedule to start off our holidays with an event to go to right after dinner. All the staff was very helpful and friendly and we were able to leave ahead of time and that made our special plans off to a great start. - NNoelleVirginia •10 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe were able to snag a reservation for Spinasse about one month before our visit-even then, the times available were 5 or 9 PM. We opted for 5 PM, and were seated promptly when they opened. My husband and I ordered the Tajarin Al Ragu and it did not disappoint! Loved watched the fresh pasta in the making, and our server was fantastic. Not local to SEA, but would visit again.More infoSpinassePrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.8
- JJimSeattle / Eastern Washington •7 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 14, 2024This was our second time back in the last few months, the first time not long after the passing of Wayne Johnson, chef at Andaluca and Fare Start. Oola happily reminded us of the inspired offerings that Wayne created. Fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food with contemporary pan-pacific flavor and textures, beautifully presented and plated. Likewise, the wine offerings were appropriate and very satisfying. We were also lucky to sample a flight of Oola whiskey along with a description by the distiller of each offering; and a bonus description of their vodka and gin. The black label whiskey in particular was excellent! We had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable evening.More infoOOLA Capitol HillPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.9
