Such a wonderful experience . Decor was amazing ❤️the staff was right on point ! All of our dishes were absolutely delicious. Great wine list too🍷 Can’t wait to return ❤️

The Igloos were wonderfully decorated and the view was spectacular. The food was great and we would highly recommend booking this experience it was worth the booking fee.

Food was excellent. We had the escargot, chanterelle, sole and duck, and shared a “must-save-room-for-this” grand marnier souflle. Service was outstaning as well. Our maitre d’ was polite, pleasant and attentive. Both the food and the check were prompt. My husband likes to judge a restaurant besides its food and service, by its restrooms: they were meticulously clean :). We drove 90 miles to come here, and would deinitely come back again, perhaps for an overnight stay with couple of days enjoying Newport.

Scales & Shells in Newport RI has been one of our favorite restaurants for 20+ years. Recently, it changed ownership so we tried it out again and loved it. The Fried Calamari appetizer was every bit as good as it was in the past and the Linguini (fresh pasta) with Manila Clams was Excellent. Our server, Loretta, was very attentive and personable. We will definitely be back again.

We were a party of 9 including a four month old which isn’t always an easy party at a busy restaurant but our server Kayla was amazing attentive gracious and friendly Our food was delicious and hot and our specialty cocktails that we had were perfect!! The 2 hosts at the door were amazing as well! Pretty view can’t say enough good things! We will be back!!
