Located in the beautiful Portico Building on Macrossan St, Zinc proved to be the perfect choice for our girls' night out. From the moment we walked in, the staff showed exceptional hospitality that went above and beyond our expectations. The standout feature was how wonderfully accommodating they were with my 2-year-old daughter. In upscale restaurants, dining with toddlers can sometimes be stressful, but the staff at Zinc made us feel completely at ease and welcomed. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor created such a warm, inclusive atmosphere that made our evening truly special. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was cooked to perfection, with flavors that literally danced on our palates. The restaurant's commitment to using fresh local ingredients really shines through in every bite. The culinary team has mastered the art of creating dishes that are both sophisticated and deeply satisfying. The staff's genuine warmth and friendliness added an extra layer of magic to our evening. They weren't just serving us; they were ensuring we had a memorable experience, and they succeeded brilliantly. Their attention to detail and professional yet personable approach made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. For anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Port Douglas, Zinc is an absolute must-visit. Whether you're planning a special occasion or a family dinner, they handle both with equal grace and expertise. We're already looking forward to our next visit during our future trip to Port Douglas.
