Elisabetta’s in West Palm Beach is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—truly deserving of five stars. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, making us feel like VIPs throughout the entire evening. The ambiance was charming, with a perfect mix of rustic Italian elegance and modern flair. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece, bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The pasta was fresh and handmade, the seafood cooked to perfection, and the dessert—a classic tiramisu—was the perfect sweet finish. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Elisabetta’s is the place to go. You must try Palm City Social. This is an excellent eating establishment, owned and run by family that understands the difference between serving dinner and providing a dining experience. One of the owners always stops by our table to check how the meal is and you can tell they are genuinely interested in your response. The server Lauren is articulate, gets things done and she is very observant. We were sharing their delicious spinach and artichoke dip and taco like chips with Salsa and sour cream. I was using the back of an unused fork to put the salsa and sour cream on to my chip because I’m not one to bother a busy server with something I can solve on my own. She saw this and asked if I’d like a spoon rather than remark “ OMG! What barn were you raised in?”. 10 seconds later a spoon appeared . I was so impressed. The little things count ! My wife ordered these delicious pieces of lamb which was the Special . My daughter got a perfectly cooked filet mignon . When my wife and daughter’s meals were served , the person that brought them to the table asked them to cut into them to determine if they were cooked as requested. You rarely see this common sense policy and again it speaks of maximizing the dining experience. It is a nuisance to send back food while everyone else continues eating, as they should , otherwise their food gets cold . I had the usual overnight braised short rib , roasted wild mushrooms in a red wine Demi glacé, whipped mashed potatoes and vegetable. Melt in your mouth perfection and the Demi glacé is the best I have ever had! We usually have their delectable desserts but were really full so the server boxed the remaining food . We will continue dining at PCS . Only scratched the service . Make reservations and give it a try. Buon Appetito

My family and I had a great time celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday! I was grateful that the remote customer service worker was able to connect me to the store to assist with a modification to my reservation. I also would like to recognize Kristy, Bobby, Angie and Roger for their superb customer service skills in tending to my party's needs! Food was fresh, noise wasn't too chaotic considering the gaming & sports bar style! We will be back again!
