A great dining experience at a reasonable price. Good energy and music volume, excellent menu selection with flawless execution on all meals over several visits. Service well supported an enjoyable evening out. Compares well to upper tier restaurants in Manhattan at half the price. Rapidly becoming our favorite restaurant on Long Island. The Halston brings FUN back to fine dining. There is frequently a brief wait upon check in at the door. The only criticism is the dark decor when seated to the left, and a bathroom attendant seems unnecessary and an “amenity” beneath the quality of this restaurant.

This place is an absolute must— over and over again! I went with friends for a few apps… not realizing we should have brought a greater appetite! The service was outstanding- our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The food was truly memorable, especially the fried artichokes, which were masterfully accompanied by an incredible lemon aioli, and the grilled octopus, which was tender and full of flavor. The bufalo burrata was fresh, creamy and just delicious— and the Romain style pizza was perfection. This will be a regular on the restaurant rotation, for its service and incredible menu— that I’ll be looking forward to trying one of everything!

As usual the food and service was outstanding! The surf and turf is a great value also.

We went at an off hour (2 PM) so got stuck between shifts. We lost our waiter halfway through the service. On the plus side we were able to speak with the chef. All of the food was fresh and inventive and locally sourced when possible (Shinnecock Bay scallops). This is a gastropub so expect elevated food in casual but cozy surroundings.

Nunzis is our go to!! Amazing all around from the service to the food & drinks. Their rigatoni vodka is the best I’ve ever tasted. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
