Restaurants near Bella Mia Bay View Apartment

We were a party of 7, celebrating my daughter’s birthday. When we are in FL, my husband and I are “regulars” at Via Emilia 9. It’s a delight to find a restaurant where everyone in the party, including two teens and a preteen, finds something on the menu they love. That was our happy experience. We all chose a pasta for our entrees. Only two of us made the same choice because the pasta menu is extensive. Appetizers (meatballs, artichoke hearts, melon and prosciutto) were delicious.

The sushi is amazing at this hip restaurant. The rooftop dining experience is open air yet covered, surrounded by luscious plants with such a cool vibe. Very pricey, but worth it

I didn’t realize MIMI’s has only been open for two days… this is already so well managed that it seemed very established already. The food was so good, I wish I could have had one of everything but there were only three of us. I cannot wait for a return trip.

We always have a wonderful time at Yardbird. We requested a specific table that accommodates our family for our annual family reunion and they were able to accommodate us which was great.  it was very crowded so it took a while for our food to arrive but our server did a wonderful job and was as efficient and friendly as she could be considering the big rush of people that came the same time that we showed up for our reservation! The fried chicken and short ribs were wonderful and the vegetables were great as usual.. street corn, fried okra & yummy mashed potatoes. We were happy to see that fried okra was back on the menu after a lengthy absence! We were sad to see that the mango salad was taken off the menu. The biscuits were great and the only Item we got that was just OK was their rather dry Caesar salad which could use some anchovies & homemade croutons in my humble opinion! The bourbon lemonade is delicious too! We will be back soon. The complimentary chocolate candy at the meals’ end was a nice touch. Overall, we all had a super time at Yardbird!!!
