Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all. During the Holiday's we will close on Christmas Day, and we will be closed on Sunday, January 5 and Monday January 6, 2025. The staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Food and wine were outstanding. Had the polenta and mushroom ragu and fresh pasta bolognese and the lasagna with a super Tuscan. We would order each again but the whole menu sounded delicious.

My husband and I had a very nice dinner at Mirabelle. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The squash salad and onion soup were good sized portions. I had the short ribs which were tender and delicious and my husband’s elk was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. We will definitely return!

The food was very good and a lot more creative than the food at the better restaurants in the Vail/Beaver Creek area. It is not cheap. But worth it for special oxassions. We enjoy talking to the staff. Everyone of them were bright, cheerful, interesting and competent.
