Koshō Restaurant at The Barlow is a modern Japanese and sushi restaurant in Sebastopol with a progressive focus on food, local ingredients, and sustainability. The miso soup was excellent. Ordered the seaweed salad and it was unlike any I’ve ever had and was delicious. My friends chicken dish was also very yummy. Sushi was good, too.
