Originally from Mexico City, Chef Fernando Olea, formerly Chef of Epazote, has been enthralling diners in Santa Fe since 1991. Outstanding! The atmosphere is exquisite and permeates as fine dining. Wine Selection by the glass was just what we were looking for! Caymus Cabernet. Out of all of the dinners in Santa Fe, this was the best. We had the beet salad, Lobster Entree and “the Apple” for dessert. The Apple is an artistic treat. Not a real apple but looks like one till you slice it open to a fluffy interior with spiced apple bits and a touch of caramel.
