At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts.     My experience was great! I had reservations for 7. My table was ready. The best part of the experience was my server. Brenan (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was amazing. My food selection was good. I would choose something different next time. I got the short rib meal. The short rib was amazing. It was tender and seasoned to perfection. I didn’t care so much for the potatoes but not enough to deter me from going back. The ambience was beautiful. It was a whole vibe‼️Even the manager Emily was inviting. She was so warm and welcoming. And I’m not just saying that because my mom’s name is Emily lol. I will definitely be back🥰

    We went for Happy Hour, and it was great! Not only were the appetizers and pizza half off, but we also found out that all bottles of wine were half hour since it was Wednesday! Our server (Alec P) was awesome; he was very attentive and took great care of us! All of the food was delicious!
