- PPaulPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe food was exceptional: the antipasta, the night's special mushroom soup, the Bianchi e Nere pasta, and the sea bass special were all excellent. The service offered just the right amount of attention to our table.More infoOsteria La BriccolaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Ashland•5
- DDonPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a wonderful evening at Alchemy. The Steak Tartare was our starter. Classic presentation with bursting flavors. My lover had Filet Mignon, while I ordered the Beef Wellington. Our server was whity , courteous and prompt. He suggested pairing from the wine list for her and spirits for myself. While existing we made small talk with a gentleman that we turned out to be the owner. He was charming, kind and humble. We loved this evening and look forward to our next visit.More infoAlchemy Restaurant and BarPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary European• Ashland•4.8
- SSarahPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe decided to do an early valentines dinner to avoid the day of chaos. We haven’t been since the change in ownership. It looks beautiful. It took a couple of minutes to be acknowledged, but it was clear they were busy, so not a big deal. We were given an option of where to sit, which was nice. We think it was one of the owners who ended up taking our orders for wine and food. She was delightful and helpful. We ordered the wild mushroom risotto and the chicken with a honey-lavender glaze. The risotto was delicious, but I’ve got to tell you, that chicken was perfection. I typically like to order unusual dishes because what’s the point of eating out if I’m not going to try something I’d never make myself? Chicken is not usually exciting. It’s safe and pretty easy, but this seriously catapulted it into a symphony in my mouth status. I also deeply appreciate that they make everything as it’s ordered. It takes a little time to get it, but it’s very much the way this sort of dining experience should be. If you’re looking for a quick in and out meal, this is not the place. If you’re looking for a lovely, leisurely meal that gives you time to fully savor your company, the atmosphere, yummy wine and incredible food, this is the place.More infoThe Restaurant at the Jacksonville InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Jacksonville•4.7

- SSamPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 8, 2025First visit since they reopened after holiday break. Pretty quiet due to all the snow. Really liked some of the new items on the menu. The kale caesar was unusual but delicious. Wife absolutely loved the NY steak. Crushed olive martini and kiwi pisco also good....but that was expected.More infoThe Lindsay RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• Jacksonville•5
