- CChristopherVIPSan Diego •12 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe came here to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday and it was the perfect venue- food, service(Austin our server was terrific), ambience and vibe were all top notch! One of our party has a nut and shellfish allergy and we were constantly given a lot of reassurance that the kitchen was aware and had removed or separated any problem ingredients. I would thoroughly recommend Animae for a special occasion or just a relaxed and enjoyable dinner. We will be back!More infoAnimaePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Asian• Downtown•4.8
- YYelenaVIPSacramento / Sacramento Valley •15 reviews5.0Dined 2 days ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 9/10 Dining at Seneca in San Diego felt like stepping into a dream — the atmosphere was enchanting, with breathtaking views and an ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable evening. Our server, Victor, was nothing short of exceptional. His attentiveness, patience, and thoughtful menu suggestions elevated the entire experience. He navigated the evening with grace, making us feel truly cared for. The only reason this isn’t a perfect 10/10 is that the food took longer than expected to arrive. For a moment, time seemed to stretch — but when the dishes finally graced our table, every bite was a masterpiece. It was a delay we were willing to forgive for such a culinary experience. Seneca isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a destination. I’ll be back — and next time, I’ll be ready to savor every second. 🍷✨More infoSenecaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.7
- MMichaelSan Diego •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe came to Salvatore's (reservation made prior) after attending a performance at the SD Civic Theatre. It was a Sunday afternoon, so there were minimal patrons. It was in between lunch and dinner (3-4 pm) and there was "technically" no service. That didn't matter. One of the managers bartenders, Tommy, was very hospitable to my wife (her B-day) and I, inviting us to sit anywhere and wait. We chose the bar and he offered us a cocktail and engaged in friendly conversation about the restaurant and most anything else. Afterwards, we were seated at a quiet booth. Overall, the drinks, food, service and ambience were excellent. We were very relaxed and lingered for a couple of hours. It was a very positive experience and we plan on returning again as well as inviting good friends to join us.More infoSalvatore's Cucina & LoungePrice: Moderate• Contemporary Italian• Downtown•4.5
