Restaurants near Alibates Flint Quarries National Monument

We were a large party of nine and everyone’s meal was perfectly prepared. One member of our party ordered the featured item and said it was nicely prepared with a crab cake on the side. A couple members of our party ordered fish either the salmon Oscar or the blackened redfish and both did not disappoint. The prime rib was savory and tender and full of flavor. The filet was so tender and delicious that I wish I had ordered the 9 oz instead of the 6 oz simply because it was just so good. This place is great for a date night or a family gathering as they have two large dining areas plus a large private dining room. The acoustics don’t allow for an easy conversation with your dining partners but the ambience is really nice. We will be back.

One of the best steaks I have eaten in a while. The surf and turf special was creative with the creole seasoning and very tasty.

This was a fun restaurant, full of boisterous people having a good time. The meats were delicious, and the food was good. Dessert , coconut cake, tasted of chemicals and was way too sweet. It’s the quintessential Texan experience.

Was a fabulous meal! The short rib is to die for!

My husband and I reserved a dinner for his birthday while we are currently traveling on vacation. Booking the reservation was very easy and we were able to get a great time slot considering we found the restaurant online about 3 hours before dinner. The front desk staff was very welcoming upon arrival and Wes was our server. He was fantastic! He easily found a way to connect with us and we shared a few laughs. He checked on us just enough, not too much and not too little. The food was delicious! My husband had the Cajun pasta and I had the sweet tea fried chicken. We both were very satisfied with the quality and quantity. The drinks were great as well. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
