Focaccia bread was my favorite!! I got the pappardelle and it was fantastic. Caesar salad out of this world.

It was my friends first time being there and they really enjoyed the food and the service. They would definitely come back and I most assuredly will.

This restaurant was my son's choice, to celebrate his college graduation. We were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation time. The ambiance was perfect. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. The food was beyond delicious. Cocktails were on point. We ordered the smorgasbord for 4, which could have easily fed at least 6. My only disappointment was we were too full for dessert. Great restaurant to celebrate a great milestone!

On a whim, my wife and I decided to try something new through Open Table for brunch. We were pleasantly surprised at how good Bistro V was. While the place is very casual, the food is absolutely high-end. No doubt I had the best Shrimp and Grits I have ever had. The portions are good and the price reasonable. We look forward to trying it again, next time for dinner.

We had a great experience at a mid-afternoon meal. Excellent service, really good food and weren’t rushed to leave.
