Restaurants near Agate Beach County Park

My friend had a bowl with chicken. She is gluten intolerant and specified this to the server. When the food arrived, delivered by someone else, the chicken looked like it had a crunchy bread coating. She asked the person if it was gluten free. She didn’t know. Finally the server cane back and said it was gluten free…. The server seemed fairly new (didn’t get her name) and wasn’t as comfortable on her role as most there. I had the salmon benny (my fave) and it was awesome as always!

The Christmas decorations are so amazing - very festive. Greeted by lovely hostesses and our table was perfect. We were not rushed. The food came out quickly and the presentation was appealing. They gave us time to enjoy our meal and only showed up when required. We had the best time.

Such an amazing place to visit and the food was amazing. Service was wonderful, drinks were fabulous. We live on the island and have driven by 100 times, so glad we finally went!

We were seated at a table for four right across from the kitchen. Without any fuss, we were moved to a much quieter area where two of us in our 80's and two in their 70's had a lovely evening meal. We called it a "date night". The lobster was fantastic and the desserts were decadent and delicious. All of the servers were wonderful and that is why we come to Anthony's. We all live on Whidbey Island and it is often our "go to restaurant" when we want to have a special evening.

Great food, great views, great service. Got the smoked salmon reuben based on other reviews (even though I was doubtful of the salmon and sauerkraut combo) and it was really good. My companion got the pastrami which was also really good. Will definitely come here again.
