We visited Nicholson’s’ before attending a show at the Aronoff. The food and service were very good and it was a very enjoyable casual meal with moderate prices. The only issue is that sometimes drinks ordered from the bar are extremely slow in coming as we have experienced this almost every time we visit. Most certainly not a reason to not visit here but wish the establishment could make improvements on this element of their service. But we will definitely return.

We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary when we dined. Our reservation was for 8:00 pm and they seated us on time which was appreciated. Staff was exceptional from the Bartender to the wait staff. Our food came out fast and hot! Our server suggested a couple items, and both were excellent choices (Polenta Egg & Speck and Custard with Cherry compote). We shared the Cacio e Pepe and Breaded Pork Loin for our meal. The creamy and richness of the Cacio helped balance out the citrus of the Pork loin. They also brought us complimentary Prosecco in celebration of our anniversary which was very thoughtful. For the quality of food/atmosphere/service the price is very good. I also liked that it was not "stuffy" like other "upper scale" restaurants tend to be. Very comfortable wearing nice jeans, nice shirt and shoes. We will definitely return...when we can get another reservation! Need to book WAY in advance!

The hostesses gave above and beyond service. We arrived early for our 6:45 reservation and asked if there was a table open earlier could we be considered for it. The place was packed and the likelihood of us being seated early was scarce. But with in 10 minutes they texted to say our table was ready and we made it to the Taft before our show started. Nada is always a solid choice for dinner because the food is so fantastic but the service is what makes Nada the jewel of the city!
