- OTOpenTable DinerVIPHouston •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis has been one of my favorite restaurants since I was in my early 20s. They have always provided excellent service, fantastic food and a wonderful ambience. It is definitely a staple in the downtown Houston Theatre District. I would like to thank R.C. for her kindness on the telephone, and her assistance in helping us to make modifications to our reservation. She gave me her full attention, and she didn’t try to rush me, even though I knew the restaurant was very busy. R.C. made sure she answered all of my questions, and was very present in the conversation. Our lovely waitress, Eli, was very attentive, and had such a sweet spirit, and a huge shout out to Mario, who always remembers us every time we come in and makes sure that we are taken care of. He continues to check on us during dinner and he always has such a beautiful light. In addition, I would also like to mention, the decorations for Christmas were absolutely gorgeous and you could tell that the spirit was alive in the restaurant. It is beautiful, no matter what time of year you go and, the Sunday brunch is always amazing. I know that a lot of people like to go to new restaurants but there’s something so wonderful about the restaurants that have stood the test of time. Birraporetti’s is always amazing.More infoBirraporetti's - Theater DistrictPrice: Moderate• Italian• Downtown•4.4

- JJeremyLas Vegas •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024This place is amazing, we go every time we are near the theater district. Most times I am more excited to eat there than go to a show. It is not only a great restaurant, but very historical building. They have pictures of timeline on the wall. Great menu for anyone’s taste in my opinion.More infoHearsay Market SquarePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.4
