Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. Once again, excellent service. Although it was Valentine’s Day, we were quickly seated and accommodated, even though we were super late. The General Manager Ike treated us like king and queen, and took great care of us. Food was excellent as usual. Tried something new tonight: Japanese sweet potatoes. DIVINE. Umami Brussels Sprouts were perfection. Tomahawk steak melted in my mouth. We will most certainly be back!
