Restaurants near Community Center Park

we were sincerely impressed with our Time at the restaurant. The food was good. We still miss the traditional turkey meal with all of the fixings. I think they did a good job of reminding us of how good the Thanksgiving food experience really is. The green beans that were served were excellent, and the turkeys surprisingly was very tender needed a little more elevate the seasoning otherwise OK I will say that the service was excellent highlighted by the person who greeted us at the front door and the bartender Kevin and our waiter oh, spot on

Was surprised at how crowded Black Angus was upon arrival. Many people waiting outside and inside. Checked in and was surprised that the wait was not too long. Service was good- staff attentive. Food did not take as long as I had expected and it was delicious and hot. Only minor complaint was that the steak was medium instead of medium rare. Cheesy bread was delicious. Salad fresh and crisp... although I always wondered why they only give you two cherry tomatoes. Would like at least 4 or 5. Overall, outstanding! Thank you, Black Angus!

What a nice hidden gem! The food pictures on-line lured us in. We read some reviews on Open Table, drove up from the Bay Area to see friends, and the four of us decided to try it. Very happy we did. The steaks, the salad, the meat loaf, the soup, the shrimp appetizers, and the libations were all very good too. If we had one complaint, it would be a small one: the music was little too loud. We all were wishing that it was more background music, so we wouldn't have to lean across the table to talk with each other. That said, we'll still be back. The service was great, and the food was Oh So Good! Great job Bennett's Kitchen!!

Our first time eating here. Joined friends for a delightful night. Excellent food, excellent wait staff, spectacular mid mod ambiance, delicious cocktails. We had a wonderful experience in the dining room, and can’t wait to come back so we can enjoy the outdoor patio when it stops raining. We highly recommend Shangri-la!

This is a great location for a quiet meal catching up with friends. Outdoor area is lovely when temps allow. Great service every time. We are never rushed.
