My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tuscano's Italian Kitchen, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight of our meal was definitely the Fettuccini alla Alba, which was prepared with a heavenly truffle-infused Alfredo sauce. Each bite was rich and creamy, perfectly coating the delicate fettuccini pasta. I also indulged in their meat lasagna, which was nothing short of outstanding. It had the perfect balance of flavors, and the layers of pasta, seasoned meat, and creamy cheese were just divine! Another delightful surprise was their innovative take on nachos with the Nachos Napoli. These Italian nachos were a fun twist on a classic dish, loaded with delicious toppings that combined the best of both worlds. To top off the meal, we enjoyed a bottle of 1,000 Stories Zinfandel. The wine paired beautifully with everything I had, enhancing the flavors and making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday and it was beyond our expectations. The food was flavorful and you could taste the clean ingredients in each bite. The pork belly was unreal. The grass fed steak was tender and juicy. Plus our waiter was very knowledgeable with all the answers to our questions. Service and food was outstanding. We drove from Dallas and back to Dallas the same day just to try it out and I would drive back again any day of the week for dinner. Sunday brunch will be next.
