Restaurants near Mono Two on Flinders Street

Busy restaurant in the middle of federation square. The food was good but in our option a bit pricey for what it was. $32 for a salmon roll just seems a bit much. It took a while to get our table cleared after the meal so we kinda sat there with dirty dishes in front of us for a while. No one came up and asked if we wanted more drinks or food.

Loved our meal! From the homemade gnocchi to the specials, everything was amazing. The staff gave great guidance on a bottle of wine and we very much enjoyed our meal.

Great service, great space, great steaks. Couldn't fault it. Always my go to when I need my steak fix

6 of us has a good variety, some were vegetarian, and menu made it easy to accomodate requirements.

Had a great time. Arrived early for booking, staff accommodated change request to move us from downstairs to bar area where atmosphere was better. Food excellent quality and value. Only negative was the long time between ordering and receiving drinks, a minor point that didn’t ruin our experience
