In that dusty old warehouse, we saw the potential to create something really special.And so it was that Newcastle’s first modern craft brewery opened its doors in April 2015. Instead, you’ll need to text a special code to a number on the wall and a host will open the door and usher you inside.     We had a lovely lunch with Harbour Views. We ordered using the QR code on the table, staff were very efficient at bringing both food and drink. We really enjoyed the salt and pepper squid. It was a large serve. The health bowl with prawns was delicious and attractive to look at. My husband enjoyed his meal as well. Great place to spend a summer afternoon!

    We always have dinner at FogHorn whenever we're in Newcastle. The beers and the pizzas are fantastic! It's roomy and there's a kids' play area.

    I just enjoyed a wonderful boozy breakfast brunch at Autumn Rooms. Perhaps the best brunch I’ve ever eaten from the Bloody Mary to the sublime Açai Bowl (particular credit to the young man on the team who made granola that sings 😊) and finishing with a good long black. Sat out the back in a shaded, spacious area with lots of plants. Service staff didn’t have notebooks but always had smiles. Thanks for making my birthday one to remember. If only you could do something about me turning 54 🤔. All good wishes, Sal
