Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio.     The food and service were outstanding. The timing of service was great so we never felt rushed. The ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful and we loved having a view of the city. We would definitely come again and recommend to others.

    One off the bucket list!!!! If you love mariachis its folklore and history this is a must! Drinks were cold…service was outstanding…mariachis were phenomenal, its not everyday you get to experience history where the Mexican greats did it (Jose Alfredo, Cornelio Reyna). Despite some of the stigma my family felt safe…everything checked out in terms of my bill, no overcharges! I would recommend making a reservation ahead of time….I I had the mariachi play 10 songs for 1500 pesos = $75 dollars approx! Best $75 dollars Ive spent in a long time! Experience of a lifetime!
