The Wardroom is situated on a prominent corner in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, in what was formerly The Brick Hotel — considered a marvel of its time in the mid-19th century. My husband & I were celebrating our anniversary & wanted to go someplace special. We knew that Bas Rouge was a James Beard winning restaurant & decided to go there. And was it worth it! The whole experience was absolutely wonderful….each course was delicious; incredible service; a relaxing atmosphere where you can actually talk to each other without shouting; a little table to place my purse so that it didn’t have to be on the floor; even a doggie bag with more treats! We will definitely be back!
