Restaurants near Town & Country Motel

Early dinner prior to an event at the Gallo Center. The food, service, and ambiance were all great. Definitely the go-to restaurant in downtown Modesto!

Once again, food, service, and ambience combined to make this a must go dining experience for me and my companions. Thanks always to the chef and Cao. Sorry to miss Rita yesterday.

The artwork inside is cute and nice to look at. Our table, which was located where you can't see it and can't see any of the artwork, might as well be located by the backdoor. The fact that we were visiting with old friends, allowed us not to notice. The food was great! All four of us all were satisfied with taste and the amount of food on our plates.

Tesoro is a great spot, but I’d never classify them as “fine” anything. Typical Mexican food plating and flavors, nothing stands out on the food nor cocktail menu. However, great food and a fair price. 4.1/5
