- SSaudWisconsin •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe decided to start a new tradition over thanksgiving and went in search of a restaurants that might be open on thanksgiving day. To our great delight found out that Capital Grille was open. The ambience was GREAT, cozy feels with great food aromas and plenty of space for all. The hostess team were all lovely and our waitress Larissa was on point with everything . I cant compliment the food enough, although our lobster bisque was more on the creamy side, it still tasted amazing. Highly recommend any day, but especially for a day like Thanksgiving No cooking needed No clean up needed after The perfect nightMore infoThe Capital Grille - MilwaukeePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Milwaukee•4.9

Chef was very professional, welcoming and cared for our opinion, the service and the steak was outstanding. Our family really enjoyed the experience!!! We will definitely come back and recommend the Chop House.More infoMilwaukee ChopHousePrice: Expensive• Steak• Milwaukee•4.5

- ILILovePaellaChicago / Illinois •9 reviews5.0Dined on Sep 7, 2016The steak was very well cooked (medium rare but on the rarer side) and the potatoes were good. The bistro is in the lobby of the hotel, so it has the potential to be loud depending on the day. It was nice and quiet while I was thereMore infoJulep/Bistro 333 - Hyatt Regency MilwaukeePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Milwaukee•3.7
- Kkemps0177Minneapolis - St. Paul •4 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 4, 2015I stayed here at the beginning of December when in town for an event at the Bradley Center. My wife and I ate here the first of two nights while staying at the Hilton. The hotel offered a deal for money towards dining on-site when I booked on-line. Our service was prompt, and we were seated right away. The food was typical pub food, but was very good. The beer selection was quite good, but they were out of some of the listed beers on the menu. I had two different local brews recommended by the staff. They were quite good. The bar was hopping when we arrived, but I had no problem having a conversation with my wife. I would rate this a place for younger professionals versus the older dining crowd. Our second night, we at the Chop House next door, but returned here for dessert. It was excellent! The bar was lively again with patrons out to see a cover band. The music was good and added to the fun of the night. I would certainly return here when in Milwaukee again.More infoMiller Time Pub & Grill - MilwaukeePrice: Moderate• American• Milwaukee•4
