- CCurtPortland / Oregon •2 reviews5.0Dined todayOverall, a delicious and delightful evening. Server (sorry, I forgot her name) gave special attention to (and special instructions to the chef on behalf of) my wife who is limited to dairy-free. Just one thing to be aware of: the main [upper] floor -- when full -- noise level can be a little distracting for those who are hearing impaired. As diners left and more tables were vacant conversations were much easier on the ears. Perhaps the lower floor might be more acoustic-friendly(?)More infoChart House Restaurant - PortlandPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown•4.6
- BBryanOrlando / Central Florida East •3 reviews5.0Dined todayIt is hard for me to give a 5 on value since I like doing things myself. However the food was heartwarming. It was well made commoner food with opportunities to make it luxurious (Caviar and Vodka). We stayed "commoner" on this visit, well we did the Vodka flight. From the pickles to varenyky, cabbage rolls and borscht, it was so well done. The atmosphere with the lace drapes, plastic table cloths, bench and chair seating took me off to Eastern Europe, even the drafty from the door added to the ambiance. This all melded together to a very warm and memorable comfort meal with the family. (Especially after the 3rd shot:). mmm! I must mention the awesome teamwork of at least 5 different servers that came by to really take care of us amongst the busy restaurant.More infoKachkaPrice: Expensive• Eastern European• Southeast Portland•4.9
- CCarolynPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe ordered the Calamari as a starter! It was delicious however it would easily feed 4-6 people rather than 2 I had the kale salad which was also dry but enough for 2-3 people My 12 year old wanted scallops and our server offered to have the sauce on the side and served them with Yukon gold instead of the peppers and corn! Exactly what she wanted for her special celebrationMore infoPortland City GrillPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.5
- LLyndaPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWhen we first checked in for our reservation, the wait time was unbelievable. We did not get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. That was not a great 1st impression 😕 we almost left. There's no point of a reservations if you have to wait but it is understandable. When we did get seated, our waiter Forest was so great. He explained how everything works, very apologetic for the wait time, and making sure we were taken care of. The management was so great as well, he even gave us a dessert for our anniversary. After everything with the fine dining and the extremely good quality food! I will say yes to everything, excellent quality, fine dining, recommend to others, and most definitely will be returning. Thank you for making our anniversary special. ❤️More infoFogo de Chao - PortlandPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Southwest Portland•3.9
