- AAnnettevipNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoAppetizers were really flavor full. Cocktails need some work. Entrees leave a lot to be desired. Food was dry. A basic hamburger should still have some flavor. Meatloaf was u recognizable as meatloaf and very dry as well. Ambience was nice and staff really very friendly and helpful. Given that there are so many options in close proximity they will need to up their flavor game to compete.More infoTrue Food Kitchen - EdisonPrice: Moderate• American• Iselin•4.4
- NNathanvipTampa / Central Florida West •8 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was my first experience at LouCas, and it left a lasting impression! One unique aspect of this restaurant is the ability to bring your own bottle, which added a personal and enjoyable touch to the evening. During my dinner with a customer, I tried the lobster ravioli, and it was exceptional. The ravioli was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked – truly one of the best I’ve had. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it an excellent choice for both professional and personal gatherings. LouCas strikes a great balance between elegant dining and a relaxed environment. If you’re looking for a BYOB spot with fantastic seafood options, I highly recommend giving it a try. I look forward to visiting again soon!More infoLouCásPrice: Moderate• Italian• Edison•4.7
- MMarkNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoI went there for lunch on a Saturday. The place was mostly empty, the reservations were not required. I had the New England clam chowder and it was one of the best i ever had. I also had a salad with shrimp. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, not overcooked like many places. My dining companion had the chicken tenders with fries. She is not much of a seafood eater. She said the chicken lacked seasoning and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. My companion has fast food restaurant experience from her teenage years. I would go back to try the big seafood boils they offer. A table nearby to ours ordered a boil and it smelled amazing.More infoNauti Cajun CrabPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Metuchen•4.6
- MMargaretvipNew Jersey •51 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 11, 2024On arrival, our party was quickly seated. A server soon arrived to fill our water glasses and answer a question Our waiter, Gabe was attentive and competent. Our orders were quickly filled. The only complaint was that nearby parties were louder than we would have liked. As the meal wore on, those groups left and conversation was easier. My husband and I shared the avocado salad and shrimp enchiladas. The salad was excellent - well flavored with both avocado and pineapple as part of the salad. The enchiladas were also of very good flavor and ingredients. My son enjoyed his chicken enchilada, while his young son opted for the barbacoa tacos. My mother-in-law chose the chicken and cheese enchilada. We also added an order of rice and beans that we shared. Everything was well-prepared and flavored, using quality ingredients and preparation. We ended with a couple of orders of Churros. Those came with both a chocolate and a honey sauce for dipping. They were a perfect end to an excellent meal. In addition to the food quality, I also noted the cleanliness of both the dining room and restroom, making this a first-rate experience on multiple levels. It was definitely worth the trip and is a stop I can highly recommend. Kudos to Meximodo!More infoMeximodo - Cocina Mexicana & Tequila BarPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Colonia•4.5
