Excellent customer service from door to server as always. The Thanksgiving meal is a generous portion. The dressing was delicious. The white meat was very good but the dark meat was dry. The mashed potatoes were good but needed seasoning. A roll with butter was missed but otherwise it covered the traditional meal except pumpkin pie.

Last night, I had an exceptional dining experience at Ruth’s Chris in Hawaii. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. The steaks were cooked to perfection, with the signature sizzle that makes Ruth’s Chris stand out. The sides and desserts were equally delicious, making the entire meal unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a special night out or just treating yourself to a top-tier meal. If you’re in Hawaii, I can’t recommend this location enough. It’s a must-visit for steak lovers or anyone seeking a high-quality dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant was able to accommodate our last-minute reservation change on the day, which we really appreciated. All the staff were friendly, and we received excellent service. Every dish we tried was delicious. The Tomahawk steak was tender, perfectly cooked, and at 1,600g, it was more than enough for the four of us to share. The bone marrow ($20) was also tasty, but the portion was surprisingly small, as it came with only half a bone, leaving us with just about a teaspoon of marrow. Considering the price, it felt a bit underwhelming—we would have expected at least a full bone. I’ll be back next time we are here.

Covered inside seating next to open air views of Waikiki Kalakaua Ave made for a nice setting as you watch the activity below from the 2nd floor venue. We were seated promptly, server attended very quickly with drinks and dinner menus. We had as much time as we needed to look over both menus and placed an order for two Grey Goose and Blue Cheese stuffed Olive Martini's first, then a bit later for our dinner selections. Had seafood entrees and all were very good! I do not give specific dish ratings as everyone's taste is completely different. Anyway this is a great place for some nice ambiance, decent food, great service at a reasonable price for Waikiki.
