Wonderful dinner with friends! Food was amazing! Really loved the cornbread and Brussels sprouts

If you are expecting a big-city steakhouse experience, or you expect this to be a steak place in Vail, the Ore House will not be what you are looking for, because this is in a smaller Colorado ski town. Having spent a fair amount of time in various Colorado ski towns, I think that Ore House does what they do exactly right-- friendly and attentive service (thanks, Will!), fresh salad bar, great entrees and sides, a cocktail that doesn't cost $20. Show your kids the photos and the bison head on the walls; Ore House has a genuine sense of place. We will be back!

Food was excellent! I had the risotto with short ribs and another person in our group had the risotto w/halibut and both were delicious! The service was also great! Would definitely recommend !

What an amazing experience at Periodic Table steamboat! They sat us right in front of the fire on a special date night. Great staff, very friendly and our steak was delicious and elk carpaccio :) can’t wait to come back next time we are in town

Interesting menu, excellent food, excellent service and great ambience made for a perfect date night in steamboat with my husband! We've been trying to get here for the last few years and finally remember to make a reservation early enough for the holiday season and we will definitely be back!
