- JJohnPittsburgh / Western PA •5 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoFood was good, service was good and friendly. A little disappointed by our seat option; the restaurant was aware that we were there for a special occasion and we were still seated on the “patio” right next to the door. Overall, I can’t make any real complaints. At the same time, I wasn’t exceedingly impressed so it wouldn’t be my first choice for our next special occasion mealMore infoCasbahPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Shadyside•4.8
- FFahmyvipPittsburgh / Western PA •50 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis place is fantastic! Everything from the small plates (risotto), to main courses (mushroom pasta & rack of lamb) were excellent. The server steered us in just the right direction for wines that paired perfectly with our dinners. I also noticed that every meal that came out of the kitchen was closely inspected but the manager to make sure they were on the mark (and they were). This was an anniversary dinner for my wife and me, and we could not have chosen better! Highly recommend it!More infoFish nor FowlPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• East Liberty•4.7
- MMichaelPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoPerfect. I am frequently there. Ashley- server. 1st time I’ve seen her. Best server I’ve ever had. She was sweet,’funny, attentive. Love her. Great seeing Jeff per usual. So nice to go to a place where the manager remembers your name. Even the valet was great. Food so good. I ate way too much and would do it again. Love itMore infoSOBA LoungePrice: Expensive• Pan-Asian• Shadyside•4.7
- JJessicaPittsburgh / Western PA •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoIt’s unfortunate that my date and I only have two mouths and two stomachs total between us, because I absolutely wouldn’t feel bad about ordering the entire menu in one sitting. Well, my wallet might. We did order a lot, though, and we ended up closing down the place. The ambience was sexy and upbeat (not the drowsy kind of sexy, you know what I mean). It paired perfectly with the cocktails and a bottle of sake, and the staff were super stoked to give recommendations based on what we were feeling. The food came out as it was prepared, plated to perfection and ready to share. Did we order too much? I mean, it looked like it, but we ate every crumb. I’d have licked the plate if I didn’t like my outfit so much. And like I said, we closed down the place but never felt like we were being annoying or rushed out. Next time I come back, I’m ordering the rest of the menu.More infoGolden GaiPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Point Breeze•4.8
- MMichaelPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024I've enjoyed multiple visits to Paris 66 for dinner and Sunday brunch, but last night may have been the best dining experience that I've had there so far. The pan seared lamb was absolutely magnificent, perfectly cooked and unbelievably tender; the waiter offered to get me a steak knife to cut it, but I didn't need one! The sauce chasseur was the perfect accompaniment to the meat and this was probably the most delicious lamb dish that I've ever had! Bracketed by escargots as an appetizer and crepes Versailles for dessert, this was a meal to remember! As always, my waiter was cheerful and attentive.More infoParis 66Price: Moderate• French• Shadyside•4.5
