Our restaurant setting is in an open air palm made "palapa". Enjoy a relaxing ambiance made by scenic surf view, soft Latin jazz, sea breeze and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. Los Tamarindos a Farm-to-Table Restaurant is located in San José del Cabo, at the tip of México's Baja Peninsula, only a mile from the Sea of Cortez. The farm and Restaurant occupied the side of a former 19th-century sugar cane plantation.     Everything was perfect for our family Christmas dinner. The food and beverage manager, Luis, made us feel like royalty.  The service, food, drinks and dessert were delicious and perfectly timed.  We highly recommend visiting every chance you get.  IF you are so inclined, check out the Mezcal tasting. #Crickets

    Wow. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Unique, surprising, delicious flavors in every dish. Had the beet yogurt salad, calamari, roasted totoa white fish and each was exceptional. Also the best mocktail I’ve had ever (O% gin/hibiscus). Beautiful ambiance and lovely service. Major recommend if in San Jose!

    Such a great experience. The venue is just amazing. Fashion shows to fire shows. Awesome DJ fueling the ambience. Food was outstanding. Amazing tomahawk steak and presentation. The shrimp dish was spectacular. Even something as simple as a Caesar salad was special. A full night of great food and entertainment. Service was superb! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Five star!!

    Very nice location and ambiance near water. Staff was exceptionally attentive, responsive, and efficient. The food was excellent - we had several appetizers and meals and all were enjoyed by everyone. Filipe was our server - very nice experience for us all.
