The quality of the steaks is the best grade and very comparable to the nationally known steakhouses. Steaks are cooked to perfection and are modestly priced. The salad bar is well stocked with fresh greens and vegetables, including hard boiled eggs and assortment of breads and cheeses to compliment your salad. Service is excellent. The staff are courteous, friendly and attentive to the customer needs.

We frequent franklinville inn for special occasions, and look forward to the good food and service. It was our first time having Ryan as our waiter, and he was excellent. Ryan was knowledgeable, personable & very quick. We will be back and requesting for him in the future.

We went for lunch & shared charcuterie, cheese plate, & Trout Almondine. All were excellent. Our server, Makenzie, was delightful & attentive without being intrusive, and helpful with suggestions. The only negative was uncomfortable chairs. Otherwise, we had a lovely leisurely lunch.

Jersey GOAT is a great place for dining and drinks having a good time out for the night. Food was great especially the sausage tortellini soup, and the mussels & chorizo starters. The grilled octopus and mahi mahi. Service was great. Our server Marielle was very attentive I took real good care of us. The Jersey GOAT is a great place to go. You gotta check it out.

In the off season this is a quiet venue during the dinner hours. Live music was setting up, so perhaps a crowd does arrive later. We had a simple meal of boneless wings (very good - crispy and tender) and the two styles of chicken parm. Generous portions, piping hot, and delicious. The Cosmo was one of the best ever; super well balanced. Service was very friendly, and allowed for a very relaxed meal. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed to turn the table. I wish this location was more “on the way” to where we were headed, as I would definitely return here.
