This is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had, if not the best. The food speaks for itself and when the staff recommends something, listen.

Great food and service! If you follow their emails you can get meals that are "specials" for short periods of time that aren't highly promoted in restaurants or on the menu. The location is good, they have valet parking right there and it's actually less than paying for some of the garages that are next to the building. I like the fact it's not a huge restaurant; it's cozy and relaxing. The bar serves great drinks as well.

The food, service and ambience were phenomenal! Our server was kind, courteous and professional and his timing was impeccable. He knew the menu well and offered insight on the menu items. Our party of four enjoyed each selection. The serving sizes were generous. We enjoyed a lovely evening with Oleum and will definitely be returning.

Food and drinks were great. It was a little loud with the piano and a couple of large groups but will definitely be back!

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her French 75, while her boyfriend savored his old-fashioned. As for myself, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and creativity of the non-alcoholic honeycomb drink I ordered. The service was impeccable, with the mixologist demonstrating a deep knowledge of her craft and a genuine passion for mixology. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, making it the perfect spot to unwind and savor expertly crafted drinks. Overall, Top Shelf is a must-visit for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Baltimore's vibrant speakeasy culture.
