    We visited this restaurant for the first time in Thursday night…..it was such a wonderful and pleasant surprise. We love French food and French cafes and bistros…..this restaurant checks all the.     What a great experience we had at Cobalt. We ate outside and had the most beautiful views with a great sunset. We all had steaks or short ribs and everything was cooked to perfection. Excellent sides, whipped potatoes, asparagus and broccolini. Fresh and delicious oysters and cocktails to start. Celebrating a birthday and the birthday girl was brought a delicious key lime pie. The icing on the meal was our server Jonathan. He was friendly, accommodating, informative and just made our experience so much more enjoyable. Ask for him next time you go.

    Our meals were delicious and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The burrata was delicious and the flounder was perfect. The pasta was a bit salty but delicious bday make sure that you get the home baked bread with compound butter. So good but pricey!
