When I was a child I grew up with my mother, grandmother and aunt. All of them were very good in the kitchen. They had different styles and they cooked every day. From ravioli, soup or patisserie, everything was made from scratch. Those ladies were my teachers. My first lesson was dishwashing, later it was helping as their assistant. To honor those amazing woman who helped me in my early days, I decided to open Tarquin to bring Sioux Falls our flavors, recipes and dishes. Tarquin is a piece of Buenos Aires in a remote corner of Sioux Falls commercial district. You are always going to be welcome here and we will always offer you our best.

Riccardo and Marybeth welcome you to their 3rd property, Maribella Ristorante. Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and moved to Boston when he was 5-years-old. He stayed in the Boston area for college and attended Tufts University. The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996. Relocating to Sioux Falls, SD in 1999, Riccardo and Marybeth have developed a reputation for making people feel welcome with their three boys, Dante, Berent, and Jaxon. We had a wonderful evening! It was our 26th anniversary an we were treated like royalty before we even mentioned it was our anniversary. The food/wine was just amazing as the service!

Food was really good. Was a limited menu due to kitchen renovation. Lunchtime portions are too big for this temporary menu. Prices are getting g to be very high. Wait staff was amazing.
