                                                      The only reason I did not give all five stars is that the hostess insisted on seating us at a table right in front of the hostess table when we came in and then when I asked if we could sit further back out of traffic, she showed us to a table right in the path of the servers leaving the kitchen. There were a few empty tables out of the fray at the time. I have seen this over time at other restaurants, but it always makes me wonder what they are thinking. Michael, our server, was outstanding as was the food.

                                                      It's the perfect small restaurant. Tight, comfortable, buzzy yet you can hear. Waitstaff is spot on. Michael took great care of us again. The food was exceptional. It continues to be one of our very favorite spots in town.

                                                      Lucas took care of us and was excellent. The restaurant itself is small and tables are rather close together but the ambiance is very welcoming. Of the plates we had, the calamari was outstanding and was very different from the usual fried variety.

                                                      The ambiance and experience were fabulous. I am vegan so my options were a bit limited on the menu, but our server was incredibly helpful in guiding me in the right direction. My food wasn’t amazing, it was only ok.
