   We love Kona Grill but Valentines weekend we will never repeat here. They created a special menu and prices were higher. The food quality was terrible and you could tell the were over booked with reservations

   It was extremely crowded and even with reservations, we waited 20 minutes for our table. They ran out of ice tea and brought us green tea instead without even mentioning it. The food was good but only after adding salt and pepper to it. Otherwise, it was bland. Probably won't go back.

   This was my first time trying Kona and I will probably not return. We had only gone because we were given gift cards. We had a reservation and arrived on time. We were seated very quickly, only having to wait a minute or two. Our waitress was very polite. It was very busy and she did seem a little overwhelmed, but she was still great. The price of the food was not worth it to me. I got the NY strip for $45 and it didn’t have a taste at all. I have had better at Applebee’s. We ordered a side of Mac and cheese and it was as cold as could be. The fries were very good though. Overall, it was okay, but nothing I would go to again.

   This was an awful experience. It took 20 minutes for our appetizer to get us, and then another 40 before our entree was served - so an hour after originally ordering. Our server did not appear to be concerned nor did he ever check on us. We heard multiple other tables complaining about bad food or poor service as well. Will never be coming here again.

   We went to Kona on Valentines Day and had reservations for 9pm and didn't get seated until 10pm. The waitress never came to get our drinks or food order, the manager actually came and asked us if we had been served yet and we said no. The manager took our order and got us both drinks and we ordered an appetizer which took 45 minutes to come out and our main entrees which we did not receive. We waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food and then just left. Our water had a hair in it and the plates they gave us for our sushi appetizer was disgusting. Overall, I will never go to this restaurant again and I would strongly advise anyone against going to this restaurant. It is over priced and managed terribly.

   Terrible. Waited 30 mins past reservation to be seated at a table next to people waiting and hovering over the table. Food took about one and a half hours to arrive and was cooked poorly. Not worth it one bit and not coming back.

   They opened reservations on Valentine’s Day to way too many people. I had a reservation at 7:30 and was not sat til 8:30. The amount of people at the hostess stand was ridiculous. The kitchen was backed up. We got our food before our silverware and asked 3 people for some before our server came back.

   Reservations was for 715 and I was on time and my Food took 2 hours get to my table I received my food round 920 and was there at 715 never again would I go back here poor service all the round the board

    Service was awesome especially for a busy Valentines evening. However, it was extremely loud - acoustics really stink in this place! Food was expensive and sub par. I got surf and turf and the steak was so tough I could not eat it all. The crab topping was not good. Texas Roadhouse is better and cheaper and believe it or not - quieter and easier to have a conversation!
